This past weekend I attended the BaeWatch OC event put on by Ladies First Events. My friend Linh (Linhwinn) invited me out to check out the vendors, meet bloggers and help her out with her booth where she was hosting a blogger closet sale! It was a great opportunity for me to network and meet some of the bloggers that I’ve been following on instagram for some time. Ladies First is a relatively new organization and Baewatch was one of few events they’ve put on so far and I gotta say I was really impressed. The venue was really nice, vendors were on point and there was a good crowd that attended. I wish I got to take more pictures for you guys to see, but alas I was having so much fun I kind of forgot~
For that day’s outfit I chose a showstopping Zara top I got a few months ago and it’s been a staple in my closet ever since. It has a beautiful floral print and ends with mesh near the bottom. Especially for the summer, I’ve been obsessed with mesh, it’s an incredibly breathable fabric and keeps me nice and cool all day long!
These past couple of weeks have been incredibly stressful and busy for me since summer school is in full blast. If I previously thought the quarter system was fast paced, the summer sessions are even more intense! It feels good to be so productive during the summer, (although I’d prefer to be interning like I did last summer!) I hope everyone is having a good Friday so far! The weekend is right around the corner~
I can’t wait to keep you guys updated with the various projects I’ve been working on and show you some awesome new outfits I’ve been putting together just in time for the end of summer. I’ll also be experimenting with new types of content for you guys to keep things fresh and unexpected, so please stay tuned.

So you guys probably have noticed that I’ve been posting up music that I’ve been listening to recently. I figured, if youtube fashion bloggers can set the mood to their videos with music, why can’t I? This week’s selection is from my favorite new artist, April Ngem. I stumbled on her music after watching a WongFu video and I fell in love with this album of her’s. I wish she would come out with new music soon, her voice is so beautiful!
